Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Visa- and American Express-branded pre-paid gift cards, and of course Pause gift cards 😉

When does my credit card get charged for my order?

Pause authorizes your credit card at the time the order is placed. Once your order ships, your credit card is charged.

When do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected for any shipments to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York addresses. Application of sales tax may be subject to change based on legal requirements.

Can I return/exchange a product I bought from one of your retailers?

We're sorry but at this time we do not accept product returns that were purchased from our retailers. If you purchased a Pause product from one of our authorized retailers and wish to return/exchange it, please contact them for assistance.
