How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a year ago

You may cancel your Pause® Subscription at any time. Simply log into your online account and follow cancellation procedures or email [email protected] with your request to cancel. 

Pause® Subscriptions are continuous and will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel your Subscription. Once you cancel, no further orders will be shipped. Cancelling a subscription doesn't cancel any order that has already shipped. If for any reason you'd like to cancel your Pause® Subscription, make sure to do so before your next Subscription order ships or you will be charged for that order. There is no cancellation fee to pause your subscription and you can resubscribe anytime.
