Once you're in the subscription portal, select "Edit."

If you'd like to change your next charge date, select the below and a popup widget with a calendar will appear where you can select a different date:

If you'd like to change your delivery schedule, select the below:

Then, select how often you'd like to receive your delivery and "update."
